How to Use CgiHunter

We provide three tutorials for the CgiHunter Software:
The CgiHunterLight_User_Manual.pdf is a beginners guide to the tool and its interface.
For users that are interested in regularily applying the software CgiHunterExpert_User_Manual.pdf gives an overview over the more complex features of the software.
Finally, CgiHunter_WholeGenomeAnnotation.pdf is a tutorial that describes how CgiHunterExpert can be applied efficiently for whole genome annotations. The software is more complex to handle, and therefore available free-of-charge, but only on direct request.
